Terminal is up now. Just had Kaitlyn Watkins sign in. I had to force a shut down on the terminal virtual machine and start it back up.

I am unable to restart the terminal services remotely.  It is not responding for me.  I may need to restart the production server itself where the terminal is sitting on.  Let me know when it is clear to do so.
