Cort,

I am unable to restart the terminal services remotely.  It is not responding for me.  I may need to restart the production server itself where the terminal is sitting on.  Let me know when it is clear to do so.

Terminal services is failing to connect this morning (both offices). Can you have someone look in to this ASAP? We will need to get this back up and running before 7:45am if possible.
