Per our conversation, the phones in building 980 were not ringing in their queue when calls were placed to their direct dial. I did a test call and confirmed that the call reached those users and one of the extensions that reported the issue (7205), did indeed ring. There was also a separate issue where users from the 980 building were ringing when the number for the 990 building was dialed. I saw that the main call menu included a step to ring the blast group before it rang the queue for 990. I found that there were some users from the 980 building (such as 7205) included in this blast group. Deleting this step, as you did, would resolve this issue.
