Fonality Infrastructure Maintenance Notification - April 19th, 2016 Scheduled Maintenance for Fonality New Maintenance Status: In progress Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary. Apr 19, 22:01 CDT Previous Updates Update Maintenance will begin as scheduled in 60 minutes. Apr 19, 20:59 CDT Scheduled Starting at 10pm CDT, a backup of logs will begin. This may cause a delay in CDR/ACD reporting. This should complete by 12am CDT. Starting at 10pm CDT, a production database used by HUD will be rebuilt. This may cause an interruption in HUD service for up to 1 minute. Starting at 12am CDT (April 20), network configuration changes will be made to the trixbox infrastructure. Although no impact is expected from this, due to the sensitivity of the change, there is a possibility that control panel access could be degraded during the hour of 12am - 1am CDT.
