Infrastructure Maintenance Notification - May 10, 2016 Scheduled Maintenance for Fonality New Maintenance Status: Completed The scheduled maintenance has been completed. May 10, 03:00 CDT Previous Updates In progress Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary. May 10, 01:30 CDT Update Maintenance will begin as scheduled in 60 minutes. May 10, 00:29 CDT Scheduled At 1:30am services on a single host in the VA data center will be restarted. A brief interruption of voice service will occur for up to 2 minutes during this time for clients on this host. Starting at 2am, updates will be made to the core network devices. Customers will see a couple of rolling service outages during this push. It's possible that this upgrade will impact services globally to varying degrees.
