Customers will not be able to place or receive calls for 1-3 minutes while the service is restarting. After 1 a.m., Network Platforms will update firmware on highly dependent network devices. In the US, expect at least a couple of brief (about one minute) outages of all services. Japan and Australian customers may also be affected.
