  ( *This update provides impacted cloud server instance(s)* )    Hello,     Rackspace has prepared the following summary for this scheduled maintenance window.     Data Center:  DFW2     Time Window:  June 24, 2016  00:01 to 06:00 CDT    The Following Instance(s) will be impacted:    20503192 / LYTEC-SERVER    Maintenance events:     Rackspace Network Services will be performing a disruptive maintenance to replace faulty line cards in our DFW2 data center between 00:01 and 06:00 CDT on June 24, 2016.     The maintenance is necessary in order to improve stability of the aggregation-switching infrastructure. During the maintenance window our network engineers will remove and replace faulty line card modules with memory DIMM defects.     The aggregation switches under this maintenance are a redundant pair, which means our engineers performing the maintenance will only work on a single unit at a time reducing the impact to minimal. However, this process is likely to cause separate instances of latency and/or packet loss lasting up to 30 seconds each. Therefore this maintenance is service impacting.     In the unlikely event the aggregation switches crash due to the faulty DIMMS we can recover and restore network services within 1 hour.     If you have any questions, please contact your support team. We apologize for any inconvenience.
