Just to recap, we had to lower the firmware version of the Polycom IP5000 you added to ensure all configuration files will work. We were able to get rid of the sip.cfg parameter error and verified that it had the correct dial plan loaded. As for the VVX phones that are having spam call issues, I've added a value to one of its configuration files that will prevent this. The users will just have to reboot their phones to download these changes. I'll go ahead and close this ticket. Should you need help again, feel free to check back with us.
