Dear Phil,

Thank you very much for contacting our technical support.

The username and password for the administrative user of PRTG is "prtgadmin" by default. If this does not work, you can open the PRTG Administrator Tool ("http://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/prtg_server_administrator") on the machine running PRTG and change the password below the "Administrator" tab. Afterwards you can change the password for the user here: "Setup > System Administration > User Accounts"
