#Spoke to Nhan and took connection to Computer:PHBS-DC
-->Not able to login into eClinicalWorks getting error "This device is not authorized for eClinicalWorks".
-->Opened the configuration file of eClinicalWorks.
-->Added the newinstall tag and set it to 'yes' in the configuration.xml file
-->Asked Nhan to login and check.
-->He was able to login.
-->Issue resolved.
-->Gave permission to close the case.

#Connection and application closed:yes

      I just ran into this problem, given the date of your question. I hope you found the answer. I just tried it and it seems if you place it like this it works.

      I placed the syntax in a new line right after another syntax. so basically on its own line below a syntax.

  4. I placed spaces between symbols, you have to remove the spaces it is all together from < until the last > NO SPACES
